I start by analysing your metabolic rate, height, weight and lifestyle 
Based on these factors, I work out how many calories you should consume each day, to lose excess flab gradually and keep it off 
Then, I’ll give you a list of foods and a daily meal guide to follow, plus healthy eating hints and tips, to get to where you want to be. This will include the right balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat for your body, based on your unique physique and activity levels 
Then, every four weeks, I’ll review your progress and amend your eating programme accordingly 
For maximum convenience, we can do this via email, WhatsApp or telephone, to fit around your busy schedule.
