Losing 12 lbs in just over three weeks, becoming more aware of what they are eating and seeing their shape change for the better in just this short space of time. 
These are just some of the successes-so-far of the first ladies to sample my new online ‘6 Weeks to a Better You’ exercise programme. 
I’m so utterly chuffed with what these women have achieved, I couldn’t resist sharing it, in the hope it will inspire others. 
They are living proof that it is possible to look and feel better, quickly, with some professional guidance and a little self-discipline.

I know its late to be talking about New Year’s Resolutions but how many of you have made and actually stuck to them? Statics say that 88% of people have failed to keep them or given up on them by this weekend (17th January The Huffington Post). 
 
What were yours? The top 4 New Year’s Resolutions all involve wanting to get healthier in some way: 
1. Exercise more 
2. Lose weight 
3. Eat more healthily 
4. Take a healthier approach to life 
 
So why are so many people failing or quitting? 
• Is it lack motivation? 
• Is it that temptation is just too strong? 
• Is their “diet” is too restrictive and boring? 
• Are they questioning why they are putting themselves through it because they aren’t seeing any results? 
If I asked you what one thing you would change about yourself, what would it be? 
To lose weight? If so, you’d be in good company. That’s because, nine times out of 10, the reason people give for seeking my help, is to lose weight. 
Post-holiday flab? All is not lost! 
Well, if you’re anything like me, you’re feeling just a little on the flabby side of perfect at the end of the summer holiday season. 
 
A few too many cakes, sausages and sambucas might have also left you a bit groggy, lethargic and lacking in get-up-and-go. 
 
If that’s the case, take heart, as getting back into a healthier routine is easier than you might think – and below are some suggestions for small steps you can take to ease yourself back in, and start feeling more like it relatively quickly.

It seems to make sense to start the series by sharing my story – the journey which took me from full-time mum to fitness trainer and Miss Galaxy Universe competitor.
